ARCHCELL® ACFIT

ARCHCELL® is a closed-cell rigid PMI (Polymethacrylimide) foam, which used as the core oflightweight sandwich structure.

ARCHCELL® ACFIT is a polymethacrylimide pre-foamed granule that can be foamed directly in the mold.

This material is particularly suitable for high-volume production of irregularly shaped parts. The density of the molded parts can be selected between 70 and 200 kg/m3.

Mechanical performance is under room temperature (23℃)

The above technical data are typical values at nominal densities (particle size from 1 to 5 mm, a hot melt reactive adhesive is used) and are subject to normal manufacturing variations.
